    I am enrolled into the Xbox One preview programme along with all of my friends on Xbox one. All of my friends have had an inbox message with a link to download the EA access programme, yet I am still waiting for mione. The first time I got to chat with an
    Xbox support person they told me to contact EA, which in turn they told me to contact Xbox support again, Whilst the man I spoke to in live chat was very helpful he told me that I would have to ask on the "preview programme forum" with this link http://forums.xbox.com/msgs/default.aspx?MessageID=33 ,
    which brings me to the status "group not found" . I am 100% percent enrolled in the programme as it does state that I am. So why haven't I received the code? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

    Hi, I believe that the link they gave you is out of date. That forum is now called the Xbox Early Access forum.

    Does it give u the option to update ur console m8 i just tried those links and i get that message, maybe ur not registered properly as im not in the programme, gl.

    I've tried updating it mate, no update :/. All my other friends that have had the preview programme have had the ea access update, so I don't see why I shouldn't have had it, they have registered the same time as me. Oh well I will just have to wait I suppose

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues. Please try clicking this link to request access to the preview forums.

    If that doesn't work then send a pm to mistur niceguy as he is a support agent in the preview program and should be able to help.

    You should now have access to the Preview Forums. Can you please try hitting
    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx     again to veryify you can get in.
