I am getting the same thing mate! It is so frustrating.

Ea support told me it's to do with Microsoft and when I contact Microsoft they have no idea?

I haven't had a code sent to me via email or xbox messages. EA support told me once I am a member no code is required you should have access straight away..

 

It's brutal mate as soon as you've paid for a game they have no interest in the customer same every year with Fifa items missing and not getting what you paid for if you buy something from Microsoft store there obviously the retailer who has to sort out
the problem so I think it's illegal Lieing to customers about something there owed and passing the buck I should've bought a hard copy with the code inside would've been easier mate

 

Yeah I decided to order it digital copy instead cause you were getting a decent deal. Didn't realise that I'd have this much of a problem with trying to play a trial. Two companies blaming each other with no way of fixing problem. I'm defo making a formal
complaint
