    EA Access Won't renew


    I had EA access about four years ago that was paid by an old credit card that i no longer own, i'm trying to renew but with my current bank card...i've tried doing this on the xbox one & on my pc but keep getting "Cannot process payment". I know i have money
    in the account & i've also tried to cancel which EA support recommended but it's been cancelled since 2015.

    Any help would be great, thanks.

    No, the game Will be yours forever, even If You do not renew It, the games of game pass, Live Gold, EA Access are deleted automaticaly, only If You do, but You won't play It If You do not renew or do not buy it.

    So you didn't feel like renewing your EA Access, which is $30 for the year, and instead bought a game offered by EA Access for $30. Got it.

    No, the game Will be yours forever, even If You do not renew It, the games of game pass, Live Gold, EA Access are deleted automaticaly, only If You do, but You won't play It If You do not renew or do not buy it.

    One important thing to know is that your game save data will not be lost when the EA Access subscription ends. The games will also remain downloaded so, if you choose to renew, you won't have to redownload them!
