EA access with FIFA 16 super deluxe edition code gone missing

I had purchased the FIFA 16 super deluxe edition on the xbox one and noticed I've been given a code for ea access but it was only for a month and using it the day is received it I wouldn't have no purpose for it. So when I needed to the code for when FIFA
16 was ready to be played early the message had gone and I'd lost my 1 month for ea access can someone help me?

I accidentally deleted the message you sent which contained the code for the one month of EA Access included in my purchase of FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order, before I could redeem the code. I made the purchase on my Xbox in the Store on 6/27/16.
I either need a new code, or my old one resent to me.
