EA Access Vault games fail to download completely.

Since the new dashboard updates on the Xbox I can't download the EA Access vault games properly.

A simple thing like restarting, turning off partially, or completely my console cause a weird effect on the vault games.

Every time I do anything like this, pausing the download or not, the track or % the download gets lost, stopping me from downloading the game at all. If the game isn't in
''Ready'' state, I can go and keep downloading it from the store without a problem, but if the game enters in
''Ready'' state there's no way to keep downloading it, acting like if the game got downloaded to a 100%, even if in game the content isn't complete.

This only happens with the EA access vault games, all the games I possess can keep the track or % of the download no matter what happens. I hope I can get a solution to this because I don't enjoy the idea of getting a 12 months membership to
have no possibility of playing the games.

Any ideas on how I can solve this problem?

The game is also available in the EA Access Vault but you will need EA Access to download it.

 

Store Not Recognizing EA Access Membership

When trying to download a game from the EA Access Vault, I am bounced out the EA Access app and shown the game in the Xbox Store. Once in the Store, it does not recognize my EA Access membership and wants me to purchase Vault games.

Any work around?
