EA Access troubles

Every time I launch the EA Access app it asks me to sign up, but I have had a membership since 3/17/17 and it runs all the way through to 6/17/18. I still get my discount and if I go to a particular EA game that is in the vault I can install and play but
when I went to try and get the multiplayer booster pack for Mass Effect Andromeda from the app it doesn't recognize my account. The one time I I was to access the app was when I paid an extra 4.99 to add another month to my subscription. When I looked at my
account status it said inactive, which I don't understand since I have had it since March of this year. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

Trouble with EA ACCESS

Sorry, but it's not possible to purchase an EA Access subscription with Xbox currency. At this time it can only be purchased via credit card or Paypal. They will sell subscription cards in the future.

Trouble with EA ACCESS

Hi I've been having trouble with downloading a years subscription of EA ACCESS. I just returned home and redeemed my Xbox Live £20 card and went to purchase EA ACCESS but I'm not allowed to? I can only use my credit card (which I have no money for now I
put it on as Xbox credit.)

Was wondering if I can purchase this with my Xbox credit, because I can't with my credit card basically. Please help! I really want to play BF4!

Let's have you try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle by holding the power button down for 8-10 seconds, and then add your profile back. If you're still having troubles with EA Access after that, let's get you in contact with
Phone/Chat support for assistance. Let us know how it goes

Thanks for the response, but I did this and it still doesn't work. Now the app crashes after sitting on the "Connecting to EA Servers" screen for about 15 seconds. I also tried uninstalling the app again and power cycling the console. I did get a "Microsoft
Services aren't available at this time" message the first time i loaded the app after reinstalling it after it sat on the connecting message for about 30 seconds, then it immediately crashed.
