    In november i was sent a message by xbox live with a free trail for ea access i decided to use it and it was gone i contacted xbox support talked to a rep named oliver he told me he couldnt get me another code and sent me to ea. ea told me oliver game me
    the wrong information and to recontact xbox a rep named Mon helped and sent me to this forum I have all transcripts saved and im trying to get my trail back

    The EA access trials are only available to EA access members. The trial lasts 10 hours and you can also get a discount on the game with EA access. Also, as a reminder, the Sims 4 should be coming to the EA access vault in the near future!

    the ones in the Vault are YOURS and they are full unlocked games with achievements.. as for the trials of the pre released. I would assume YES, you can get achievements since EAs statement is if you decide to purchase the game after the 5th day or trial
    ends, just continue where you left off...

    ALSO... EA updated the infor on EA Access

    Games in the Vault will NEVER be taked out of the vault...
