EA Access trial - "Do you own this game or app?"

So I've got an issue with EA Access. I'm trying to play the FIFA 19 trial (haven't played any hours yet) yet it says "Do you own this game or app"

Ive reinstalled it multiple times, removed my account and then added it back and cleared Alternate MAC address yet I still get the same message each time I try to play the game.

I have also tried to launch the game through the EA Access app, where i still get the same message.

What do I do?

Do you have an EA Access membership or taken an EA Access trial? If you do this game was recently added to the list of vault games available to members.

 

Xbox Downloading Games I Didn't Pay For

Those games are from EA vault.

Do you have a subscription to EA access or a trial promotion for it from the new xbox?

Resolved - I had to factory rest my console, not too sure why but games working now.
