    I trying to pay the EA Access several days, but still is writing me similar massage like written bellow. I tryied on XBOX One and also trought my laptop Microsoft account.

    Any idea?

    Can't Buy anything on the store

    Hey,

    So I bought the EA Access thing to get the 10% en Fifa but I can't buy it... I tried Gift Card and it doesn't work.. I tried with Paypal, debit card, credit card.. Through xbox one, Mac osx, windows 10, windows 8.1, Android..

    So now I got this EA Access but not the game I wanted.. What should I do? I tried calling but after 30min waiting they hang up.

    Hola, compré el EA access para tener el descuento de 10% para Fifa 19 pero ahora no lo puedo comprar.. Intenté tambien car las tarjetas de regalo pero tampoco las puedo comprar. Intenté con paypal, tarjeta de debito, credito.. A través del xbox, de la mac,

    Entonces ya tengo ese EA Access pero no el juego que queria, que puedo hacer? Intente marcar pero me dejan 30 min en espera y cuelgan.

    Could not authorise payment

    I've been trying for two days now to buy Pay Day 2 from games on demand, I've tried my debit card, PayPal, a friends card and a friends PayPal. Although all have funds above £29.99 it just doesn't seem to work, I've also tried to remove and readd every
    payment option I have but I still have no luck.

    Currency from gift cards can only be used to purchase games and other content. It is not set up to work with a recurring subscription so it cannot be used to buy gold and it does not work with third party subscriptions so it won't work for EA Access. You
    would need to purchase subscriptions via credit card/PayPal or buying a prepaid gold or EA Access card.

    EA Access can only be purchased via credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid EA Access subscription card from a retailer. Currency on your account cannot be used to purchase third party subscriptions.

    Pre paid microsoft codes should be able to buy anything

    It needs to be a credit card or paypal as it's a recurring payment

    What payment methods can I use to purchase EA Access membership?

    At the moment, we can only accept credit card and PayPal payments for EA Access membership.

    no im in different region but same in the middle east my xbox was originally in uae but im in Bahrain my card linked to Paypal from Bahrain I used Paypal to pay for xbox live and it works fine but does work to buy other thing like ea access and fifa

    If you have Paypal you could use that, otherwise you'll need to purchase an EA Access subscription card.
