EA Access Subscription with repeated charges

I have purchased EA Access last October, yet when I check my bills today I find out that my subscription was repeatedly charged for three times!

And the order numbers are as following,

And my microsoft account is [Mod Removed]

I bought my Xbox one in HongKong, yet my region was somehow set to Singapore...I've changed it to HongKong, yet my bills were still measures in US dollar instead of HK dollar, what should I do to change my bills to HK dollar or China Yuan?

EA Access billing issue

my EA Access subscription won’t go through. I had an EA Access subscription which recently run out. The auto renewal attempted to charge my old credit card. On the Microsoft purchase history it is listed as pending. I tried to resubmit my purchase with
my new credit card info and it comes up with an error code that another purchase is blocking my purchase. What can I do to cancel the pending charge and resubmit my new subscription?

 

EA Access

When I originally signed up for EA Access, I was wanting to use some available funds in my Xbox account. I redeem Bing rewards points for Xbox Digital Gift Cards. and wanted to use those funds to pay for the EA Access subscription.

After registering, my Xbox live account's cc was charged directly, and the subscription did not utilize the funds available in my Xbox account. Is this still the case with EA Access subscriptions? Meaning the sub will always charge your live account's
cc and not utilize any available funds tied to your account?

You are not allowed to post personal details like your email address on the forums or post order/reference numbers either.

As this is a billing issue you would need to contact support as they are the only ones with access to your billing info
