    EA Access Subscription Not Working


    Both my Gold (ends in March) and EA Access memberships are up to date, I have received the email stating that the EA Access membership was renewed this month and both on my console and online state that it is up to date on my account. However no EA Access
    game will launch and states that I need to renew a membership, either EA Access or Xbox Live Gold. The error message states to try quitting and relaunching the game, which I can't even actually do because the games won't open, and I have hard reset my xbox
    and that did not resolve the issue either. Error code (0x803f800b). It worked fine for September, October and November, and even worked on Saturday morning, but I've been locked out of the games I pay the subscription for since sometime during Saturday. I
    contacted EA Support and they said to contact Microsoft Support because they could not help because it is a Microsoft service. Looking for any way to solve this issue so I can return to playing the games with the membership, since it is slightly frustrating
    that I haven't been able to use the games I have paid for, thank you EA Access Subscription Not Working :)

    madden 19 not recognising my ea access

    hi

    my ea access trial of madden 19 is not working. As soon as it loads the game it tells me i need a active ea access subscription when i already do.

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    Having the same issue... shows that my subscription is current but can't access any of the EA access games & was getting ready to pre-order Madden, but it won't give me the discounted price, just keeps bringing me to the page to

    Can't play Ea access games offline

    This is intended to not work offline as EA wants to check if your subscription is valid, as you are only allowed to use the game with an active EA access subscription.

    @HairyBuzz Your right BUT that is maybe not the case, at least for EA Access.

    I changed my region and kept the EA Access subscription, at the moment at least. The games still work and it shows up under my accounts subscriptions :)

    Currency from gift cards can only be used to purchase games and other content. It is not set up to work with a recurring subscription so it cannot be used to buy gold and it does not work with third party subscriptions so it won't work for EA Access. You
    would need to purchase subscriptions via credit card/PayPal or buying a prepaid gold or EA Access card.
