    EA Access subscription issue


    Hello, i had a automatic renew EA Access subscription, but i used to pay it via the US store, this year with the region restriction i cant pay in that region anymore, wich is ok since i can use the Brazilian store, the problem is that my subscription got
    locked in the US store and it wont let me renew/buy a new subscription via the Brazilian store for some reason.

    I need someone to cancel this payment (I dont have that option in the subscription section, only have "pay now" but i cant since i dont have a US credit card or paypal account)

    EA access subscription payment issue

    Signed up for EA access subscription today

    4/22/2018 for$4.99 and was billed $5.64 for service from April 23 to may 4 that's only 12 days for full price.

    **** , I was going to buy the year subscription for$29.99 but now I'm really just thinking about cancelling all my accounts.

    Contact Us | Xbox Support since they are the only ones capable of handling payment/billing related issues. Be sure to check what country/region is shown in the bottom
    left corner of that page and make sure it matches your location/country.

    Hopefully they will be able to help you fix it quickly

    subscription issues on ea access

    Hey Kaid, I just called Xbox support and they had me delete the app and reinstall it again. So from the dashboard I hit the start button while EA access was highlighted. From the next screen that popped up in choose "manage app" once it took me to the next
    screen it had the options to, "copy, move, and uninstall" so I chose uninstall which didn't seem to do anything. I chose uninstall a couple more times to see if it would do something but it didn't actually like it did. So I went back to the dashboard and
    closed all my apps and when I went back to the ea access app it acted as if it were my first time there. So I chose to go to the home screen in the app and then went to "my account" and now it says my subscription is now "active" and I went to my vault games
    and they worked!! So there must be some kinda glitch in the app that doesn't update the subscription but doing this worked for me. Hope it helps you too

    To check, does your subscription show up as paid over on
    account.microsoft.com    ? If everything is look squared away there let's get you in contact with
    Phone/Chat support to see why your subscription isn't showing as active on your account.

    onyx62is is right. The free trial offer to play fifa 16 have already ended months ago. But if you have an EA access subscription. You could download the and play the game by going to the EA vault through the EA access app. But you need to have an active
    EA subscription. If you said that you have an inactive EA subscription.

    I would suggest contacting chat support so they could check and confirm if your EA access subscription is still active or temporarily suspended(maybe due to billing issues). EA support have nothing to do with EA subscription. They will just direct you back
    to contact Xbox Support. All subscriptions are handled by Xbox support. Unless the subscription is bought through a third party website.
