    hi there,

    im trying to install a free trial of FIFA 16 but the daft app isn't recognizing my subscription and keeps tying to make me pay.

    how can i sort this out? Seems like a very stupid glitch.

    I purchased the EA Access app and subscribed for a month. Its even showing up that I have a subscription yet it still says inactive. Why? What should I do?

    EA Access overlap of Existing Membership and Trial

    In April 2016, I had bought 1 year subscription of EA Access. And now the subscription is Inactive due to my redeeming of a 1 month Trial of EA access in August 2016 which i got with my FIFA 17 preorder. The existing membership is CANCELLED and now I have
    to suffer for 7 hrs straight just to coordinate with Xbox and EA customer service. Xbox says to contact EA and EA says to Xbox. I am fed up with the Waiting of 1 hour. I need serious help.

    As FIFA 16 was released several months ago it is possible that the free trial offer is no longer valid. However, you could always try loading the game from within the EA Access app itself.

    If that doesn't work or you have already tried going that route then please give EA support a try and see what they have to say. Electronic Arts (@EA) | Twitter

    What Ambassador Onyx62is said is true. If I'm not mistaken, Fifa requires paid subscription not trials.

    onyx62is is right. The free trial offer to play fifa 16 have already ended months ago. But if you have an EA access subscription. You could download the and play the game by going to the EA vault through the EA access app. But you need to have an active
    EA subscription. If you said that you have an inactive EA subscription.

    I would suggest contacting chat support so they could check and confirm if your EA access subscription is still active or temporarily suspended(maybe due to billing issues). EA support have nothing to do with EA subscription. They will just direct you back
    to contact Xbox Support. All subscriptions are handled by Xbox support. Unless the subscription is bought through a third party website.

    Zuma and Peggle are a part of the EA Access subscription service not Game Pass, perhaps see if your EA subscription is still valid if you have one?
