EA Access shows status "Inactive" after purchasing

After purchasing EA Access it shows the status "Inaktiv" (German subscription) after payment on XBO ONE. Microsoft send an email that EA Access ist payed and Credit Card Payment is done.

I did purchase the 1 month option.

As there is nothing to find on XBOX ONE help and EA Access Website I will no try to find my luck here ...

EA access is "inactive" after new Xbox preview program update.

Hello, as of the newest update for the Xbox live preview program my Ea access app keeps saying I'm inactive. When i go to a game ive installed, it opens to the title screen and then closes back to the dashboard. I just paid July 1st for the month so that's
not the issue. On the app on Xbox one it says inactive but when I go to my Microsoft account it shows its been paid and everything is good. I called Xbox support and they couldn't help me but referred me to the forums because he said that this place could
help. I've seen one other post about this topic so far and no solution. The guy I talked to seemed to think that it has something to do with the preview program so hopefully I can find some help here.

Since you're a member of the Xbox One preview program, please be sure to report any issues you come across using the Feedback app and then post on our Preview
Program forums for further assistance.

Can you sign in over here on
account.microsoft.com and confirm that the transaction went through and wasn't refunded? If the transaction shows as complete without a refund let's get you in contact with
Phone/Chat support to take a quick look into your subscription.

Hey there,

Just to clarify, you saw that your account have gold? As what it shows here, you're only on silver. For this one, I would recommend to contact support so they could check the status. Also, they could check the code and confirm what is the exact status there.
If they where able to determine that the code is not yet activated, then you might need to go back to the store where you bought it. Only the store where the code was sold can active it(supposedly, they should have activated it upon purchase).

Did you use the same email address for EA Access as the one connected with your XBL account? If you log into account.microsoft.com do you see it listed under subscriptions and services?
