EA Access redeem code deleted from my messages

I once received an email which contained info about a Microsoft promotion which would consist of buying the Xbox One in a given period of time and receiving a free EA Access code. So I bought the Xbox One and in two to three weeks I received the redeem code
through my messages on Xbox One. Then I didn't play the console for about three months and now, after an update I've made I've lost my messages, including that one with the code. So, please, I'd like to know how I could get that code back, although I know
the messages can't be retreived (according to a support member I talked to). I hope Microsoft can do something about that and if needed, I still have the email with the promotion advertisement here. Thanks for your concern!
