EA Access promo with Gold Membership Renewal

I renewed my gold expecting to get EA access for a month, but I did so and nothing happened. I did not receive a token from EA by email either. I am unsure if I need to signup for something, but everyone I looked on the EA access website I had to pay for
registering.

Hey LoneWolf, that's unfortunate. I had my suspicions about the promo, that's why I didn't order when I saw 9.99. I bought EA Access and a Gold Membership separately, but used a Gold code on the promo page. So maybe in September they'll prolong my EA
Access Membership.

Could you link us to the specific promotion you signed up for? Was it on the web or through your Xbox One console? Lastly, could you let us know when you signed up? Generally promotions like this can take either 7-10 days, or a full billing period to fulfill.

It was on the Xbox One console, I renewed my Gold account yesterday and spoke with chat support afterwards. I sent the woman who I believe was named Regina a picture of the ad with my gamertag included. There really is not a link that I can provide though
since it's directly off the Xbox One.

 

No worries! Normally with these promotions, a code will not deliver immediately after signing up. Instead, they'll either go out 7-10 days after renewing or after 30 days from renewal (which is more common for these types of promotions). You will see the
code sent to your Xbox Live messages from 'Xbox Live'.

How long has it been since you renewed Xbox Live Gold? That extra bit of information will help us a bunch.

It was on Sunday, so 2/26 I believe; barely two days ago. The main reason I contacted because it said something about registering but there's no place to register without paying a fee which would not make it a free month...
