EA Access Problems...

So I paid for a month of EA Access to play the new need for speed early and to get a 10% discount on the digital pre-order. I paid via my desktop and everything checks out. It says I have the the subscription and everything. So I downloaded the Access App
on the Xbone and linked the account and all it wants me to do is buy more. What do? EA support chat and Microsoft support chat are down. Pretty disgruntled by all of this.

Someone help please.

Hey Bowlolololin!

Can you verify you have an active EA Access subscription by clicking your Gamertag at the top right of this page and selecting subscription? If it's not showing be sure to check your transactions under Payments & Billing under that page, it's possible the
transaction for the subscription didn't go through.

I had the same experience. I saw that I had the subscription but did not offer anything other than the option to purchase another subscription when I clicked on it. To make things worse, it is on my young son's Xbox One, I purchased it from my Microsoft
account and cancelled it when it only showed up in my name (I don't play Xbox). hoping we could log in under his name and purchase it but there is no option to add a subscription under his name. I went to EA support and they said I need to get help from Microsoft.

So I got it to work. I had to cancel my subscription on the PC (Which I got the refund for), then paid for EA Access again on the Xbox and it worked.

Our suggestion here is to turn off the billing of the subscription through our website, to which you can also follow this
cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription support article on the exact
