ea access problem

Hello everyone,

My EA access on the Xbox one S is always blocked on the subscription page.

I have already payed 2 years by mistake, (when i have payed the first time, I have entered in the EA application, but my account show inactif, so I thought the payment is not succeed. ) and can find the subscription state in my Microsoft account and EA account
by IE.

But when i log in in my xbox one s, the EA application is always blocked on the subscription page and ask me to pay...

I have already tried to reconnect my account, and reboot my xbox one s, it is always blocked. I can't find the support email address of EA.

Could someone help me please? I can't find this category to pose the problem. It's a general problem, not only for a game.

I have gold and ea access so when i try to play online it says i cant and send to a page where theres no much information

That's a bother.

Unfortunately no one here works for Microsoft or EA.

Our suggestion here is to turn off the billing of the subscription through our website, to which you can also follow this
cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription support article on the exact

So I got it to work. I had to cancel my subscription on the PC (Which I got the refund for), then paid for EA Access again on the Xbox and it worked.

I had the same experience. I saw that I had the subscription but did not offer anything other than the option to purchase another subscription when I clicked on it. To make things worse, it is on my young son's Xbox One, I purchased it from my Microsoft
account and cancelled it when it only showed up in my name (I don't play Xbox). hoping we could log in under his name and purchase it but there is no option to add a subscription under his name. I went to EA support and they said I need to get help from Microsoft.
