    So i paid for Ea Access today first time (4€) and started to dowload Battlefield 1, After the dowload was finnished i tried to start playing Battlefield and the game is saying that i dont have Ea Access, i checkd my Visa and i saw that Ea acces had took
    4 dollars twice and 1 dollar for something i dont even know, i got 2 emails about the payment and third one just second after the 2 emails saying that my Ea acces had experied that day, this is really wierd and i need support.

    i canceled the services of EA Access but they still charging me, the service is unavailable for me to use, but my card was charged 5,30U$, my balance is negative, and i ask vehemently to solve this and refund me as fast as possible, otherwise i will be charged
    35U$ bank's fee, and i won't be no even a bit satisfied. Thank you

    Hello! Today I purchased a monthly subscription (249.00 RUB) On EA Access. Money from the card dreamed twice. In the account in past purchases, the payment is also reflected 2 times and the amount -249.00 is indicated in the row "Cost is refunded". But this
    amount was not returned to the card. I would like to receive a monthly subscription to EA Access at no extra cost. Help please solve the problem.

    please double check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services     to verify the subscription has indeed stopped,

    - if it still shows as active then you should be able to cancel it immediately from there.

    - if it has stopped then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft SUpport Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
    they are the only ones that can handle payment/billing issues like this.

    I used a payment option "use a code" for EA Access. I put $30 in my account when I did that.

    This is listed in the FAQ that is on that page:

    What payment methods can I use to purchase EA Access membership?

    At the moment, we can only accept credit card and PayPal payments for EA Access membership.

    Anything that is purchased from a third party (Netflix, Hulu, EA Access, etc.) cannot be paid for with Microsoft currency since you're not paying Microsoft.

    It needs to be a credit card or paypal as it's a recurring payment
