    EA Access payment Xbox One


    Witam, mam problem z płatności za usługi - EA Access. Mam status "Zawieszony" Abonament, chce go odnowić, ale to jest do pobrania opłaty, która jest cały czas nie jest potrącane z konta.
    Nie mam możliwości odkupienia dla nowego miesiąca. Gdy zbliżał się do obliczenia opłaty nie jest wykonywana i przechodzi do następnego miesiąca.
    Pomoc lub dowiedzieć kim się skontaktować z tym problemem. Sprawa dotyczy Xbox One i konto.

    EA Access shows status "Inactive" after purchasing

    After purchasing EA Access it shows the status "Inaktiv" (German subscription) after payment on XBO ONE. Microsoft send an email that EA Access ist payed and Credit Card Payment is done.

    I did purchase the 1 month option.

    As there is nothing to find on XBOX ONE help and EA Access Website I will no try to find my luck here ...

    Hi there, on the past I have the ea access active then after 1 year I not make the renew , was in 2016 .

    Today i was to buy one year of ea access and put my card details on my account and made the payment but on my account show 2*19.99 (one say card not present and another say not valid) on my Xbox account shows the payment was made and another like this £
    -19.99 refunded EA Access payment Xbox One :(

    So I don't have the ea access active ! But the money was out of my bank account !!! Or go out and in again ?

    please double check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services     to verify the subscription has indeed stopped,

    - if it still shows as active then you should be able to cancel it immediately from there.

    - if it has stopped then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft SUpport Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
    they are the only ones that can handle payment/billing issues like this.

    I used a payment option "use a code" for EA Access. I put $30 in my account when I did that.

    This is listed in the FAQ that is on that page:

    At the moment, we can only accept credit card and PayPal payments for EA Access membership.

    Anything that is purchased from a third party (Netflix, Hulu, EA Access, etc.) cannot be paid for with Microsoft currency since you're not paying Microsoft.
