    Ea access has take 2 payments out of my account for ea access and cancelled them all straight away (and I haven't been refunded!!)

    I cancelled ea access (subscription ended 4/12/2015) yet i have been charged £3.32 on 4/12/2014. I paid 3.99 on 4/10/2015 and again on 4/11/2015 so wtf is this charge for

    Charged $9.99 don’t know where it came from.

    I was charged $9.99 and I do not know where it can from. Says renewal but I pay my live with 12 month cards, and it doesn’t expire until 2019, also I do not have any other subscriptions. I used to have ea access but I cancelled it last year. I am confused
    on why I’m being charged.

    I'm having the same problem right now.

    2 payments booked from my paypal account, 1min later 1 payment was refunded to my paypal account (the second payment was not refunded).

    And now my status for my EA Access is inactive on my Xbox.

    Any solutions yet?

    So today I called the support and it seems, they have a few problems in their system at the moment.

    The support helped me and everything works now...

    So if you heve problems - call the support-hotline.

    Hello,

    For Auto-Renews such as EA Access, or Xbox Live require a credit or debit card. (Or PayPal if you have it). The card is not charged if you cancel it in time for only 1 month to be charged.

    I’ve signed up for ultimate game pass and it won’t let me play any EA Access games even though it says it’s included. Keeps saying I have to subscribe for 499 a month.

    If you got the Ultimate through the gift then you need to follow the instructions to get your free month of EA Access. You will be charged for it after that month unless you cancel it before the billing date.

    I had a similar issue when cancelling my EA Play subscription. I tried to cancel it when I realised I was charged already, but the I checked again today and I was charged again (twice now) for EA play even though I already paid for it and then cancelled. How can I get my refund
