ea access on two accounts

hi, so i got ea access on two accounts because i wanted to play the fifa 20 10 hour trial but after my first account ran out of hours, my second account wont load fifa. it comes up with the message " do you own this game or app?". can someone help please?

Unfortunately only one account can have the trial.

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to access the FIFA 20 trial from your second account that also has EA Access.

Our suggestion here, please attempt to ensure that you have retrieved the game through the Microsoft store the same way that you went into the store to download the game. When only being signed into the second account, head to the store and see if there
is an option to (Get) the FIFA 20 trial.

As the game is already installed, you should be able to instantly play the trial if you do see an option to get the game.

Try this out for us and then let us know the results.

Hello. only the main account can benefit from the ten-hour trial. baul games both, but the ten hours only the main, sorry

The thing is this there are certain features that are blocked by EA for child accounts.
