    Help me please

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    Possible reason why you can't complete a purchase or redeem a code is due to an issue with your account (pending balance, lock on your account, etc.)

    I tried removing my account and them re-added it, but it still didn’t work. My account is still active and I was able to use like 3 weeks ago.
