    EA Access Not Working


    Since the latest system update, for me 4/20/17, I am unable to gain access to my EA Access Hub and all of the available EA Access titles that were once in my ready to install folder have disappeared. Anyone out there able to help me?

    Help me please

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    What happens when you try to access the EA Access hub? Do you still see an active subscription when you check on
    commerce.microsoft.com?

    I'm having the exact same problem. I open EA Access and it asks me to sign up. Even though in my subscriptions on microsoft.com and on my xbox it says I have a years' subscription.

    Weird,

    Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the console to see if that helps.

    The guys at xbox support already got me to uninstall and remove my account I did it twice with no luck

    Possible reason why you can't complete a purchase or redeem a code is due to an issue with your account (pending balance, lock on your account, etc.)
