EA Access not showing me as a member

Not sure if this is the spot for EA Access. I paid for a full year, and went to log in today to see what's new etc. Telling me to sign up again for 4.99 or 29.99.

In my Subscriptions, shows EA Access is Active and good.

I am in Alpha Ring and to be honest, have not loaded EA Access in a bit...but I paid for a year a few months back. So just curious what is up with the App and why isn't it showing me as a member. I cannot do a thing in the app itself unless I pay again?
This isn't the first issue I've have with this app.

Madden 19- not recognizing legend edition bonuses or loyalty bonus from mut18

takes me in via ea access trial but ultimate team is not recognizing me as a returning member nor all the legend edition packs showing up in my account

 

downloaded game stuck in queue wont start cant delete

If you do a factory reset and choose to keep all it will not delete anything off your console. Everything will be right where u left it. Also if you downloaded Battlefield 4 from the vault in EA Access then u do need to be a member to pay those games as
long as your an EA access member. If you didn't buy the game through EA Access and bought it on the actual Xbox store or have the physical disc then u don't need to be a EA Access member. Hope this helps

 

u need to get ahold of support. easiest way is tweet @XboxSupport. but all in nut shell u need talk withem bout ur purchase.

 

Well, according to support on the website, we are supposed to contact EA for support, but when you go to the help.ea, there is no help for EA Access what so ever.

I called Xbox support, and they said they do not deal with it either. Showed I have the subscription but completely unable to download games or even login the app.

They refunded my 29.99$.

Never use that service again.

BTW, EA Support Customer Service number is DISCONNECTED. Amazing. Tells you to go to ea.help, with no option for EA Access. Wonderful.
