EA Access no navigation possible

Discus and support EA Access no navigation possible in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; In the EA Access App I can only navigate horizontally, if I try to select something (by trying to navigate vertically) I can#T.     EA Access no navigation possible


    In the EA Access App I can only navigate horizontally, if I try to select something (by trying to navigate vertically) I can#T.

    So it's only possible to cycle through the topics but not to select anything anywhere.

    I am a member of the highest Insider tier, I thought its maybe something with the updates? Sumitted an error report twice, but no reaction and still not working.

    well there is nothing you can do..

    Report a problem if you are an insider

    Or contact EA support..

    Maybe it's a bug in the current insider version and you need to opt out to get the app working correctly..

    Rick is correct, it's possible it might be a bug so make sure you report it as an insider.

    Also try deleting the app, hard resetting and then re-installing.

    I see some bugs too when I'm using EA Access app, this happens in different consoles, this bug must be fixed. If You are an Xbox Insider You could report this bug and hope they fix It.

    Reported it twice already. But never got any feedback.

    It seems that other Insiders have the problem too, like on Xbox Insiders

    You don't get a feedback when You report anything, You Just have to report the bug as an Insider

    I see some bugs too when I'm using EA Access app, this happens in different consoles, this bug must be fixed. If You are an Xbox Insider You could report this bug and hope they fix It.

    You don't get a feedback when You report anything, You Just have to report the bug as an Insider
