    EA Access no longer working


    Hi all. Hopefully someone can help. I have EA Access and was playing Fifa 18 this morning. I had an issue with the Webapp so EA resolved that and made sure my connected account and GamerTag were correct. All "seemed" well. I went to play Fifa tonight, opened
    the game, saw the message that I have less than 9 hours left, clicked "play trial" and now get an error that says, the active profile does not have an EA Access subscription. I contacted EA and they said to contact Xbox so here I am.

    Gamertag = The5280Italian

    I would appreciate any help that can be provided.

    Help me please

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    We removed the profile and added it back. It is all correct on Xbox side as well as EA. Still receiving the same error.

    We removed the profile and added it back. It is all correct on Xbox side as well as EA. Still receiving the same error.

    I tried to work with EA first. The problem is this EA account has an email that I can no longer access and I cant remember or guess the EA or Yahoo passwords. EA won't help me either
