ea access madden 17 trial error msg to soon to play

ea support says its a microsoft error. this is w madden pre oders installed. ea access trial button gives error msg from trial play button. i already unistalled and did hard start

I pre ordered madden 17 on August 17th and I never got a code for my ea access... I would love to get it i want to play the trial of madden 17 before the game actually releases..

For the early access trial you need to be an EA Access subscriber. Can you please confirm if you subscribe to EA Access?

 

Same thing happening to me. I have a subscription to EA access and purchased Madden 17 about a month ago but can't get trial to work. Keeps telling me Whooah your too early, you have to wait until the 22nd at 11pm

 

Same here. It's ironic that Xbox and EA are allowing everyone in the world the chance to play (except the people who have already dedicated their hard earned money to the game). I hope to have an answer or some kind of compensation for this. This is an
insult to the people who love this franchise.

Thank you for reporting this! The appropriate teams are aware and working to resolve the issue, but in the meantime, please try these exact steps to get the game up and running and let us know how it goes:

• Uninstall Madden 17
  
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console until it fully powers down.
  
• Power back up and reinstall Madden 17 from the EA Access Vault or via your 'Ready to install' list.

My madden 17 said the same thing were i cant I have been having the same trouble I have the membership and it will not let me play the trial if I can get any help with this please help it always said- its to early you have to wait even though I should have
the 10 hours free trial for madden 17

This is unacceptable. The only reason I buy EA Access is for the early access to Madden. Everything else is just a bonus that I can live without. So why the hell am I paying $30 a year if I can't do the only thing I want to do? I want a free year of EA Access
or something, this is just really poor service AND support. People have been having this issue since the early access was released, and it's still not fixed. How hard can it be? At this point, just open the *** full game for EA Access members since the game
launches in less than 24 hours now anyways. All this time I could've been playing if they knew what they were doing. Thanks for stealing $30 from me, EA and Microsoft.
