EA access login issue

I'm having the exact same issue, as well as my brother. We have been trying to the get the service to work for 2 weeks. EA Access games are playable if you have already downloaded them, but the EA Access App does not allow me to login from Xbox, PC,
or Mobile. I'm currently been chatting with EA via twitter, but no resolution yet.

In order to update your EA account you will need to contact EA, Xbox has no access to EA accounts. Instead go to EAs website and go to login page and click forgot password to request link to reset.

if you have lost the email and can no longer login to your EA account then contact EA about the issue.

The issue is with EA (Note FIFA 12 on your played games list - whether it was you or not). They have the security breach that's causing this issue (Search the forums and you'll see.)

If you have an account/login with EA, make SURE the login info/password is NOT the same as your Live login/password info. That's how this has been happening.

If you have an EA account - go change your password immediately - everyone.

The account connection is created on EA's side, therefore it can only be unlinked from EA's side.

When signing in to the EA website, choose to login with your Xbox profile. This should allow you to access the linked EA account.
