EA access just what we need to be #1 again.

Since the news of EA access choosing to be an xbox one exclusive, every gamer seems to be in a frenzy. This is great news! It shows that devs like EA see the xbox one as the better console and therefore will support it more. My question is, after doing this
will EA eventually develop games exclusively for MS? If that happens xbox will win sooner than expected.

As far as i know,if EA Access is exclusive to Xbox one,it's because Sony refuse to make it available on PS4....

 

True, respawn said ps4 is not powerful enough for TF due to the cloud several months back. But is that the reason why EA is going exclusive because of the cloud. This is big news and I feel like no one it talking about it. Were getting one of the biggest
devs, becoming exclusive to XB1!!!

 

I think this is a joke, not only dont I see much value in this EA subscription club, but also Sony is really killing it in this area. Nearly everytime I log on, they are giving me another free game (DeadSpace3 two days ago). The playstation plus subscribtion
service is so much better then anything offered on the microsoft side the camparison is kinda rediculous. Microsoft still has LIVE which is a better network system then SONYs. However its important to be honest here, that is all they have, in pretty much every
other way SONY is offering alot more value. Microsoft fans need to be honest about this stuff, and demend the XBOX team do better, they could and really should.

 

I prefer to be able to play online rather than having a bunch of games that i already played or don't really care about.

I'm not a EA fan but free games from the vault (which will grow over time),10% discount on every digital download and early access on new releases,for $30/year.It's a good deal.

 

@Taboo......Sony didn't feel EA access was right for them. They turned them down.

Does anyone know why the biggest EA game on XB1 isn't part of EA Access?

Not even the discount on the DLC.

As of right now for me EA Access is worth it, mainly for BF4 because I sold the game away to fund the much more fun Titanfall. So signed up to get access to the game again, and of course after only a few matches I was reminded why I had no issue giving the
game the boot.

I'm personally hoping they add NFS Rivals next & it'll be very worth it to me.

I already own Peggle 2 & PvZ, so those vaulted mean nothing to me.

Of course I have Madden & Fifa downloaded but not sure how much I'll actually play them.

The only other benefit for me this year is trying out Dragon Age early, because I'm not sure if I'll get it right away or not.

I am looking forward to what 2015 brings with EA.

Going back to Titanfall, if they put that on the service & advertised it more to consumers I'm sure more people would jump on board with XB1.

I'm leery when dealing with EA...They may start like they are going to be putting up the "new" games soon, but I think it's a bit of a deception. They are not going to be willing to put a dent in their wallets to please the customers. Quite frankly, EA gives
2 squats about us. If you've been around long enough you know what I mean.

 

It's just not worth it to me, I don't enjoy sports games so other than dragon age and possibly mass effect there's nothing they offer.

I also have a nagging suspicion your going to be waiting a lot longer than 6 months for anything that sells well.

Then there's the exclusions such as titanfall and how long will a game sit in the vault, I don't think they will remove games at least not often but they have kept the option in regard to there terms.

 

Its good for me, i tend to sell my games after a couple of months, so being able to play them a few months on is good.

Also trying games like madden and stuff is cool, with previews of new releases for the small yearly sub, it seems great.

I still will never trust EA but at that price ill get it.

 

PS4 just turned them down..... i love my Xbox but let's not be so naive to think EA has deiced that Xbox is superior
