    EA access issues


    I am trying to access EA access but keep getting the message that Microsoft Services are not available at this time, Try again later.

    I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and keep getting the same issue. I have spoke to Microsoft Support and EA support and both blame each other.

    How can i rectify this issue please?

    Can you try redeeming the code on another device such as tablet or PC or tabled when logged in with your account.

    EA Access issues !

    I’ve recently purchased a prepaid 12 month EA Access code,but when ever I try to redeem it I get a message saying “Something went wrong on our end,waiting a bit might help” it’s frustrating the hell out of me,what do it do ????
