    EA Access issue on Xbox One


    Hi,

    I have subscription for EA Access from August 2017. I have subscribed for one year plan, which should last till July 2018. This year in February i have been asked to pay for EA access to play games. I have paid them, then contacted Microsoft support, explained
    them the situation, they have refunded me.

    Now i can't access the EA Access Hub on XBox. It always take me to payment option. Please help me how to resolve this issue. Microsoft advised me to contact EA access. I tried to reached them they are not responding me back.

    Free vault EA Access doesn't work with a trial gold membership

    I was on a gold trial as offered when I first setup my xbox one a few days ago

    I downloaded games with gold without issue

    e3 week you can download and play games from the vault until the 22nd without a ea access subscription

    I tired to download one of the games and it didn't work

    I paid for a gold subscription it worked

    To start, can you try
    removing your profile     from the console, then
    power cycle     and sign back in again after? Any change?

    No access to the EA Access app

    Hey GreatDaddy Dan,

    Is this an issue that only occurs with the Xbox app? Or is this an issue with the Xbox One console?

    What specifically with EA Access are you unable to use? Are the EA Access vault titles not appearing in Ready to Install? Or are you not seeing demos or trials?
