EA Access Inactive

Hello

I've just bought a EA Access for 1 month.The code is right, but in my account, it seems INACTIVE.

This is a unused code, brand new. How can I activate it?

EA access subscription showing inactive

My ea access susubscription was showing inactive when I bought a subscription for it, can anyone help

EA Access saying inactive.

If a full hard reset, (hold the power button, pull out the cable and press the power button a few more times to remove anything else and then plug it back in, to power on) does not work, then try uninstalling the EA Application on the Console and Reinstalling
it.

Are you still able to access your EA benefits as if it was showing the Membership?

Did you use the same email address for EA Access as the one connected with your XBL account? If you log into account.microsoft.com do you see it listed under subscriptions and services?

Yes. I checked it.

Unfortunally, Live Gold subscrition only. No EA.

I used the same account for both subscritions

Hey there,

Just to clarify, you saw that your account have gold? As what it shows here, you're only on silver. For this one, I would recommend to contact support so they could check the status. Also, they could check the code and confirm what is the exact status there.
If they where able to determine that the code is not yet activated, then you might need to go back to the store where you bought it. Only the store where the code was sold can active it(supposedly, they should have activated it upon purchase).

Hum. The account is not mine.

I am the owner of the store who sold the EA Access.

My client report me this troubble. He told me that the code was accepted, but he could not do nothing and sent me some prints of his status. Inactive.

But he told me he will try to buy another code, but I think it won't help him.

I sold him a brand new code. So, I think the problem is with his account. And I don't have an Xbox, so, it's very hard to me to help him, haha

I just sell codes.

I´ll ask him to contact support. That's all I can do for now.
