Discus and support EA-Access HUB Problems (XBOX-Network is connected without Problems) in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I bought Xbox subscription with EA-Pass a month ago but I haven't been able to log in for 1 month.     This can be also problem with EA Servers. If you are connected to Xbox Live without any problems, please try to contact EA Support.

    unfortunately the problem is not in the platform, since the other players are accessing it without problems, or the restriction is for your region, or the problem is really in your network.

    Can't locate EA Access App

    If you have kinect say Xbox go to EA access hub or maybe just EA access or if you haven't downloaded it yet say Xbox bing ea access. Reboot always helps too if you have DL'd it.

    Keep getting disconnected from online servers

    Im on virgin for internet had same problem setup guest network on my hub use only xbox on this network as its isolated solved my problem
