    ea access hub linked to NOT MY account


    i downloaded the ea access hub app on my xboxone and it automatically synced me up to an account that isnt mine! i went online and made my own ea access/origin account but i cant sync it up to my xbox because it says its already linked to another account.
    when i look at the settings on the xbox it shows me the origin id and the email that its linked up to and its not me. i cant get into this other account to change the info. i dont know how to set up my origin account info with my xbox.

    i only made an account because i wanted to have all my past dragon age info set up for the new DAI.

    HELP!

    No. Currency from your Microsoft account cannot be used for third party subscriptions. There are prepaid EA Access cards available.

    Couldn't hurt to ring the phone team as they'll have deeper access to your account so might be able to sort it.

    Wish I could help you, but my E.A. access will not load at all for the past 3 days. It just sits on the "connecting to E.A. servers" page. I'm really ***.

    I am having the same issue. EA Acess is not launching. I get the logo screen but then it goes to a gray screen. I am also not able to Launch Apex legends getting an Account is Invalid.

    You could try searching for it in the store. If you are an EA Access member, then I would have thought it would show up for you in the search results.
