EA Access Hub Can't Be Downloaded

Hello,

I was attempting to download Anthem this afternoon through the EA Access Hub app. Whenever I tried to open the app it would stall for a while, before reporting an error message to me. When trying to troubleshoot this issue I ended up uninstalling the EA
Access Hub and trying to re-download it.

When I go to the store page to try to download the EA Access Hub and click on the "Get" button, I'm now shown an error message instead of the app downloading.

Is there currently an outage or issue with Anthem and/or EA Access?

Having the same issue as Goggin. Registered. Enrolled in preview. No email/code about EA access and EA access Hub unavailabe for download. I will try Miss Portia.

If you have kinect say Xbox go to EA access hub or maybe just EA access or if you haven't downloaded it yet say Xbox bing ea access. Reboot always helps too if you have DL'd it.

My console has updated and removed the Plex and EA Access Hub applications, now I can't download them, error 0x80072f8f. I did hard reset and full reset, nothing helps. Only Youtube and Media Player applications have downloaded, all other applications can't
be downloaded.

Did you download the game from the xbox live gold subscription page or the EA access hub?
