    EA Access Hub Black Screen


    Hi all,

    I'm British and live in Norway, so my console region is Norway but the language settings are English UK. I recently encountered an error when trying to subscribe to EA Access where I had to change my system language to Norwegian just to be able to subscribe,
    which I did.

    I downloaded a couple of games after the language change, however I have now changed the console language back to English and the EA Access Hub will not open, I get the blue spinning loading screen then the screen just goes black and nothing further happens.

    Please advise how I should proceed,?

    I will try changing the language seetings again to see if that helps when home tonight but I really don't want to have to keep going back and forth between languages just to use the EA Access Hub...... Is there another fix ?

    I have an Xbox One X if that is of any relevance.

    EA Access games stuck at loading screen

    I recently bought an Xbox One S and i downloaded and subscribed to EA Access. I downloaded 4 games (FIFA, Madden, etc.) from the EA Access hub and all 4 of them get stuck at the loading screen and the screen goes black and sends me back to the Xbox Home
    after about 30 seconds. Games not downloaded from EA Access work fine. Not sure what the issue is. Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

    Ea access hub stuck at a black loading screen.

    Just downloaded ea access on my Xbox one, and I filled in my details and all.

    But now it just keeps getting stuck at a black loading screen.

    I've tried a few things but yeah turning the Xbox off and on again doesn't work.

    You could try searching for it in the store. If you are an EA Access member, then I would have thought it would show up for you in the search results.

    But where do i find early beta for BFv as we get exrta 2 days if we EA Access seems only place to DL the game

    Are you able to provide more information please? Are you seeing an error code, a blank screen or it loads but you can’t do anything? The more information you provide, the better really as it will help point you in the right direction.
