EA Access Hub App

Hi all,

Since the new dashboard update, my EA Access hub app wont open. It just keeps booting back to dashboard. It gives an error code of 0x80070057.

Any ideas?

I was invited to Preview Program but no EA Access

Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app?

Hi all,

Been having a problem with my EA Access Hub app which only seems to have started since the new dashboard update. When I try to open the app, it just keeps booting me back to the dashboard, giving me the error code 0x80070057.

I've tried deleting the app and re-installing and i've also tried moving it from my external storage device to the xbox internal drive and vive versa but still no joy.

Any ideas?

Can't hurt to uninstall , reboot and then reinstall

 

Tried all that and still no joy. I've tweeted EA Support so hopefully they will have an answer. Just want to download the Battlefront trial!

 

You sure that's the code? That error code is to do with billing info on the xbox 360.

 

Yeah, that's the code it gave me on the screen. I've tried to google it but not seen anything relevant to my problem. I've tried moving the app to my internal drive but still no joy. Only seems to have started since the dashboard update last week.

 

That is odd.

Check to see if all your billing info is correct & up to date.

If it is the only thing I can suggest is posting in the app's section of the support forums

forums.xbox.com/.../4274.aspx as someone from official support might be able to shed some light on this.

I did have a look around but this one's got me stumped.

 

Couldn't hurt to ring the phone team as they'll have deeper access to your account so might be able to sort it.

 

Cheers for the replies...i've posted in the other forum as you suggested Badger so hopefully someone there will know. Awaiting to hear back from EA via twitter too.

Will call support Pafters if I don't get any joy from that.

Strangely, after about three days of it doing this, it has just started to work again. I didn't do anything different, it now just works. Very weird. Battlefront here I come!

A word of warning,10 hours is not enough on Battlefront lol.
