EA access hub app freezes

Whenever I opened the ea access hub on my xbox one x it freezes a minute later, and my console crashes afterwards. I have to restart or reset the console each time. Every other apps or games running softly but only ea access hub have this problem. I have
uninstalled the app 2 times but nothing changed. I want to subscribe to ea access but I couldn't because of this error... I also tried the answer to a problem of another user at ea forums in which the answer recommended to uninstall the app, then close the
console from power button and unplug the console two minutes later... nothing happened also, still crashes.

any suggestions??

I was invited to Preview Program but no EA Access

Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app?

Strangely, after about three days of it doing this, it has just started to work again. I didn't do anything different, it now just works. Very weird. Battlefront here I come!

the suggestion was good... but the power cycle is done that way:

press and hold for 10 seconds the power button on the front of the console, then unplug from electricity for 30 seconds...

now try again to reinstall the app and to subscribe in the app

Delete the data of your profile from the console and open the app again

 

It sounds like you're having to do the power cycle each time this happens so it may be a moot point to keep doing that. Please try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to reinstall them.
Hopefully the reset will fix everything up for you.
