EA access games will not launch

All of my EA access games are not launching at all. They go straight to an error message with error code 0x803f8003.

I bought EA access to be able to play the anticipated FIFA 19, but the game does not open. says that I have to wait for the launch.

 

Can't allow an exception for a game on a child account.

It's not just EA games. I've tried Destiny, same behavior. If I enter the Live password for the child account, it launches the game. But he shouldn't be able to launch a restricted game with his own password, it's supposed to require a parent account to
access the game.

 

Until a better solution comes along Delete it and totally restart your xbox. And are you a preview member ?

 

I have the same issue. I am a preview member,i can access battlefield 4 and hard-line however ufc does not launch. I am receiving the same error code as well. What is the issue?

 

Im having the same problem but with ark survival evolved. I just bought the game (preview member) and i get the same error code but 9007 in the End instead.. I think it has something to do with the preview update

 

Same Thing, I contacted a bunch of microsoft support people and not a single thing worked. I have tried everything in the book from doing a hard reset to a full factory reset and nothing just that stupid error code
