Ea access games issue with downloading games in the new update

Discus and support Ea access games issue with downloading games in the new update in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I'm in the alpha ring, and since the new update with the games and apps part of the dashboard, EA access doesn't show its games in the 'full library'...     Ea access games issue with downloading games in the new update


    I'm in the alpha ring, and since the new update with the games and apps part of the dashboard, EA access doesn't show its games in the 'full library' tab. Plus, when going into the EA app and downloading a game, it has problems starting the download, showing the game art/name in the guide and in my games and furthermore shows a blank tile in the apps section where it only says "installing" with no option to play.

    Reported using the nexus button. Just letting people know that theres an issue.

    EA Access not working

    I had this issue, actually. I went to my games and apps section were it lists all your games, updates, etc. I then went to the subscription tab and went to EA access and up at the top of the screen it says downloaded and ready to download. go to the ready
    to download and you should see all the games and select them to download!

    I haven't tried running the EA access app since I figured this out, hope it works for you!

    Microsoft and EA are aware of the issue regarding the EA Access hub, and are working on a new version of it. The beta for it is currently in testing. however you do not need to use the hub to purchase the game you want. Go to the store, find the game,
    and purchase it, you will still get the reduction in price or if the game you want is in the vault, you can still download the game for free.

    I was on a gold trial as offered when I first setup my xbox one a few days ago

    I downloaded games with gold without issue

    e3 week you can download and play games from the vault until the 22nd without a ea access subscription
