EA access free trial doesn't work

I tried to download the games from the app, and also from the market, but it doesn't show me that they are free. I have xbox live gold, and I installed the new xbox update.

Sims 4 Free Trial but have to pay for it?

Because that "free trial" isn't a demo....is the 10 hour trial from EA Access.

Says free trial in xbox store, but re-directs to EA ACCESS app when selected. How do you get the free trial?

I had the same issue, just restart your console...hold down power button on front of console for about 8 seconds. When it comes back on your ea access hub will show you the free to play message.

This doesn't work for many people , I have run every troubleshooting method you can think of, deleting my profile , clearing my Mac uninstalling and reinstalling the app , hard reset , everything and still nothing , Microsoft have been "working" on it for
the past 2 days but haven't been able to fix it .

Can you try removing your profile from the console and redownloading it? Then try your EA access again.

Looking in the store now and I'm seeing the free trial option where you're seeing Get EA Access, can't say for sure but I'd assume EA Access is required for the trial.

Skate 3 is an EA title, and therefore will likely remain in EA Access. There is a free trial, and a free month with Game Pass Ultimate,

The 10 hour trial for Battlefront is available free to EA access members.

As FIFA 16 was released several months ago it is possible that the free trial offer is no longer valid. However, you could always try loading the game from within the EA Access app itself.
