The thing is this there are certain features that are blocked by EA for child accounts.

Here is an EA support article explaining this.

Is your Son on a child account? EA has blocked access to Battlefront games and Battlefield games to child accounts.

Nope as long that your xbox is the home xbox.

Hello, I've read your post, and I believe I understand your situation. The Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

Just like Xbox live, EA access is linked to your gamertag that you sign in with on your controller. You will have to log on to that gamertag with access to those games each time you wish to play with that gamertag.
Hi, thanks for your reply. It is not my gamertag. This xbox is my son's. It's his gamertag, his machine, his log in everything. Not mine at all. So, when he wants to download a game he has to go into EA Access, and asks for a parent consent. So, I put in
my password and he's in. My question is, if I bought him a year's subscription, will he have to ask for my password every single time he wants to play a game that's been installed? I get the part where I have to log him in to get the game but after he installs
it, will he be able to play the game on his own? My question is really about how troublesome it is for me if I had to log him in every time. I get the security and child protection thing but this is just nuisance. We have other means of security and really
don't need to enter a password every time he goes into EA Access.
