EA Access Fifa 17 - 10 hours count

Hey there,

So I bought the EA Access just to play the Fifa 17 5 days earlier for total of 10 hours! From yesterday midnight (when it was released), I played 4 games before going to sleep. I came out of the game, and closed my Xbox one. In the morning when I am trying
to play the game, it is not letting me play. From the game hub I came to know, it counted my 10 hours while! This is ridiculous! Anyone else faced this problem? Any way to resolve it? I contacted the support team, they are working on it. No idea when and how
it will be fixed! Any help or update will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

I have a problem with my FIFA 17 ea access.

I have played 7 hours of ea access and now it says that I have played all of my 10 hours.

Is here someone who can help me with this?

EA Access Fifa 17

I want to play Fifa 17 with EA Access on the same Xbox One as my roommate. We have seperate Xbox Accounts and seperate ea access accounts. He was able to use the 10 hours on his account but now i can't use mine on my account.

Did you completely quit the game when you shut down? Meaning once you went to the dashboard you pressed the menu button and quit. If not, the game still would have been running in the background.

You are right, I just pressed the menu button and quit! It was my first time using EA Access, never knew what to do!

I am having the same issue - however sometimes it lets me get into the game the tells me "Thank you for trying FIFA 17. The current active profile requires an active EA Access subscription and FIFA 17 Trial entitlement. Please purchase EA Access and start
your FIFA 17 Trial."

This is ridiculous
