I have this code for xbox one ea access subscription: [Mod Removed]

but doesn't work. it was inside a bundle xbox one+fifa+ea access, can I have a new one?

My EA access doesn't work after payment!

I've paid for EA access (annual subscribtion) with a credit card on my Xbox One console. The payment was accepted and I started downloading Fifa 17, so at the beginning everything seemed to work fine. But once I downloaded the game I just couldn't start
it. I've tried dozens of times but I can only see: 0x803f800b (1%) and they say that I should renew my subscribtion, which means paying again!

I've checked my subscribion status and it says that my EA access finished exactly on the day I paid for it, which obviously is wrong.

I've also checked my bank account and, of course, the payment was accepted. They've charged me for the EA access which I don't have. It's been a few days since I paid and I haven't been able to start Fifa 17 or any other games from the Vault. What shall
I do? Please help.

First I wouldn't be posting the code on a public forum :/

And this is not the place where anyone can help you. I think you will need to contact Xbox Support, by phone would be my suggestion.

If you bought the console from the store, it's entirely possible the box could've been opened by a store employee, the code stolen out of the box, used, and then the box resealed. It's rare, but it has been done before...

I could be wrong, but when you sign up for EA Access, don't you need to use a credit/debit card as well?

Yep,it's the same as a gold subscription,you can't pay with money in your Microsoft account,it needs to be a E.A. sub card,credit/debit card or paypal.

tomb raider it's not in the ea access subscription, it's in the game pass. to play it you either need to buy it or renew game pass.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Shadow of the Tomb Raider is available for free on Xbox Gamepass and is not an EA title. To continue playing this game you will need to either renew your Gamepass subscription or purchase the title.

I do not believe this game is a part of EA Access so the easiest thing to do would be to renew the games pass subscription or buy a copy.
