Ea Access doesnt register me having anthem

I tried to get the free 10 hour trial of anthem through ea access and tried to download it through ea access. it just said download error and brought me to the microsoft store where it said to download the trial and i did. It then said i didnt own this and
i couldnt play it. Later on, my friend who had gotten the 10 hour trial bought the game, and since im gamesharing with him, the game i had became the full game and now says 'you are too early'. Anything i can do here?

nah nothing, still says 'download error'

edit: tried the same thing but through the microsoft store and it worked! thanks

I had a friend that had a similar issue, what they did to fix it was remove the game and restart their xbox. They than navigated to their EA access app and downloaded it from there again. This somehow allowed it to signify that it was the EA access 10
hr trial.

Hey Don Jaun Jose,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon starting your 10 hour trial of Anthem, you are advised to properly close out the game in order to prevent your timer from running down. As per

EA's Anthem trial page, "We can’t reset or add more time to EA Access Play First trials, and neither can the Xbox Support team."

No Anthem will not be. its an EA games so it will be apart of the following programs Origin Access on PC or EA Access on Xbox
