Discus and support EA Access "Do you own this game or app" in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought EA Access because I wanted to try the 10 hour trial for Madden 20 but everytime I try to launch it I get the same message "do you own this...     I bought EA Access because I wanted to try the 10 hour trial for Madden 20 but everytime I try to launch it I get the same message "do you own this game or app".

    Ive tried reinstalling the game and ea access, even tried installing the game on the internal harddrive and the external one, Ive tried hard resetting the console multiple times and tried installing the trial from the store directly and not the app and nothing
    works. Ive basically tried every solution I could find online and nothing works.

    Same but I've tried that 6 times now. Usually that fixes most issues I have on xbox.

    Ok, then it's an issue with the demo, contact EA and talk to them. They might be aware, they might be working on the issue. but since this is the weekend you and others in this situation may need to wait until Monday.

    Yeah I downloaded Battlefield 5 off of EA Access and it works.

    I'm on the same account and EA Access shows up that I bought it. I guess im just going to cancel the subscription and get my money back EA support also has zero solutions for a problem I can find from over year ago.
    Have you tried the other suggestion of doing a reset of the console? Make sure it's a hard reset and fully shuts down.

    Hold the power button down for 10 seconds until the console is off, wait 30 seconds then turn it back on.
