EA access discount and Xbox live gold discount

I am going to buy a copy of Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare 2 , and my question is if EA access discount can be effective with Xbox live gold disscount?

Yes you would need to prescribe to EA Access before preordering the game in order to get the additional discount. I don't think you can do both in 1 transaction, but you would want to get EA Access first anyway to make sure you get the discount.

It doesn't matter how long you subscribe to EA Access to get the discount.

If you preorder through Xbox, it will be a digital copy. The EA Access discount would only apply to a digital copy as well. You would have to pre-order through microsoftstore.com or another retailer in order to get a physical disc.

Free vault EA Access doesn't work with a trial gold membership

You are gold now thats why

Trial cards dont change your status to gold as stated before

Gold membership overrides any previous trials

Fyi the ea trials dont give you access to vault

It gives you temporary access to trials and discounts offered in ea pass

EA access discounts are offered by the publisher and are not connected with Xbox live gold discounts. As I see it the main attraction of EA access are the Vault games so its your choice really if you want to use it.

If you have a membership to EA access their is a discount on EA games, similar the way there are discounts for other games with a Xbox Live/Game Pass Ultimate membership.

If you mean store credit (a Xbox store voucher) then yes.

Xbox or Microsoft store credit can be used against any item in the store, even if it's already discounted through specials, games with gold or a subscription discount such as Games Pass or EA Access.

I believe that Fifa 19 is available on EA access and Fifa 20 must be purchased but will be discounted with EA access.

As for Fifa 21, it will likely have to be purchased but with EA access members will be eligible for discount.
