hi been on live chat for about 2 hours to be directed here paid for Xbox live through a promo which states I will get 1 month ea access free and I still haven't got the code im sat waiting to pre order Fifa 17 and I can't do it until I've got the ea access

need new code for 1 month ea access trial as the other nhl rewards one isnt valid

Part of being an NHL rewards member . previously an ea access member for 12 months (purchased 6th september 2015). brought nhl 16 free as part of ea access.

Yes there was a promotion on the Xbox dashboard that said play Fifa 17 first and when I clicked on it the promotion said that if I bought Xbox live I would be given 1 month of ea access for free so I clicked on the link to get Xbox live on the promotion
page and paid for Xbox live and it said I would get the code for ea access sent to my Xbox message centre and I still haven't been given the code I've checked the message centre and my email and I haven't got it
