I was sent a Ea acces 1 month code from you guys but didn't realise that your xbox only holds so many messages. When I have looked it my messages to redeem the code the message had vanished obviously because I had revieved too many messages. I wanted to
save the code so I could use it to pre order fifa 17 but now the code has gonne I am unable to do this and would be greatful for any help you could give.

I am sure this was from when I ordered fifa 16 but I never redeemed it as I have no use for the code, but now it is about time for fifa 17 I thought the code would now come in use and would get me a discount on the game but as you are aware I am unable to
use the code because it is no longer showing in my messages. I would be grateful for your help. Thanks in advance
